A robust and very customizable SVI (and much more)

What do you like best about Voximal?

The solution is based on a very robust software Asterisk, but it has really evolved and now it is a solution that can make nearly everything (and now it can be used for a callbot).

The team is really reactive and helps to deal with the complexes solutions... and the make their roadmap evolve very quickly.

What do you dislike about Voximal?

It is made for professional, less for end user. The advantage is the full customization, not really for the end user.

What problems is Voximal solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is a SVI & Callbot solution, we use it with Voxibot solution (Voximal is the technical stacks under Voxibot)
