Overall experience with using their services

What do you like best about Appy Pie?

Upside is that they have good customer support, they will really try to help you with any issue regarding their service usage.

What do you dislike about Appy Pie?

I dislike the service they are offering. For instance, they provide support for the app we have built on their platform. We have taken their best deal, negotiated the price and when we took it, the service was really bad. App functionalities simply break without us doing anything. Ease of integration and ease of use are overshadowed by the fact that almost every day things crash without us doing anything. And to top it off, they offer us another deal for 2400€ per year for server fee, that didn't existed before, to migrate and maintain our one app because of recent google policies, and if we refuse to take it, they will simply shut our app down.

What problems is Appy Pie solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are trying to solve google sheet to app sheet connectivity by using existing google tokens. Problem with this is whenever we try to modify something within those sheets, they disconnect, and all of them had to be reconnected manually. That happens every single time. I recorded the video of proble, I have sent pictures, but they refuse to acknowledge the existing problem, and offer only some sort of political replies where they are trying to fix something. This has been happening for months already, and we simply are not getting anywhere. App sheets are the most important part of using our app, and if we try to add some new information or try to modify them, they always disconnect and it is tiresome to set them back to normal.
