What do you like best about Leadoo?

With the help of Leadoo, we have gained new customer service channels, which customers are also happy to use. Ledoo's contact channels facilitate and speed up customer service and reduce e.g. telephone traffic for customer service representatives. Chat Bots are easy to use and also bring a new look to websites. We have been really satisfied both with the services offered by Leadoo to increase the number of leads and improve customer contacts, and with the fast and professional expert service behind them. Making changes to bots is also fast and effortless with Leadoo.

What do you dislike about Leadoo?

We have nothing bad to say about the services and solutions offered by Leadoo. The only thing that can be mentioned is the invoicing..it could be monthly instead of annual invoicing.

What problems is Leadoo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Leadoon Chatbots reduce phone traffic and make the work of customer service agents easier. The necessary information is already obtained from the customer, which makes handling the actual matter even easier and faster for customer service agents and salesmen.
