1. Introduction​

Welcome to Workfeed! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Workfeed web application, available at https://app.workfeed.ai. Workfeed is designed to facilitate efficient project management and collaboration.

2. Acceptance of Terms​

By accessing and using Workfeed, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

3. Changes to Terms​

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. Continued use of Workfeed after such changes will constitute your agreement to the revised terms.

4. Services Offered​

Workfeed offers a suite of tools to streamline project management, including task tracking, document management, real-time collaboration, and integration with third-party services.

5. Account Registration and Use​

  • Account Creation: You must register for an account to use Workfeed.
  • User Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Workfeed.

6. User Content​

  • Ownership: Users retain ownership of the content they upload to Workfeed but grant us a license to host, use, and display this content as part of our services.
  • Prohibited Content: Users must not upload illegal content or engage in activities that infringe on the rights of others.

7. Prohibited Conduct​

Users are prohibited from:

  • Conducting illegal activities.
  • Violating the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Sending spam or malicious code.
  • Engaging in any behavior that may damage the reputation or functionality of Workfeed.

8. Fees and Payments​

Details regarding the fees for premium features, if any, will be communicated clearly on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Intellectual Property​

All rights in the services, the Workfeed website, and all related materials are owned by Octa Labs or its licensors. You may not use any of these intellectual properties without our prior written consent.

10. Termination​

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability​

Workfeed is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that our services will be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

12. Dispute Resolution​

Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through final and binding arbitration, under the rules of arbitration of the jurisdiction where Workfeed operates.

13. General Provisions​

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Armenia.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
