Creating Your Account

Begin your journey with Workfeed by setting up your account:

  1. Visit the Sign Up page.
  2. Complete the registration form with your details such as name, email, and password.
  3. Confirm your email address by clicking on the verification link sent to your email.
  4. Log in to your new account to start creating and managing your projects.

Setting Up Your First Project

Workfeed is designed to cater to the complexities of project management. Here’s how you can set up your first project:

  1. From your main dashboard, navigate to the Projects section.
  2. Click Create Project and fill in the project name, pick a color and write a brief description.
  3. Add team members who will collaborate on this project.

Setup Project Tools

Once your project is created, integrate tools to enhance project management:

  • Chats: Facilitate project-specific discussions by setting up a Chat tool within the project. This is crucial for ensuring real-time communication and timely resolutions of project-related queries.

  • Docs & Files: This tool is essential for managing documentation and files efficiently. You can upload files, create folders, and draft and publish documents directly within the system. Multiple instances of this tool can be set up as per project needs.

  • Boards: Implement Boards for visual task management. This tool helps in tracking progress through different stages using a Kanban-style setup.

The Workfeed page is your hub for daily activities and insights:

  • Tasks: View tasks assigned to you, ensuring you are aware of your immediate responsibilities.
  • Activities: Stay updated with the latest activities in the projects you are a member of.
  • Calendar: Keep track of upcoming events and deadlines.

Collaborating and Managing Tasks

Maximize your project management with these collaborative features:

  • Create and Assign Tasks: Within your project boards, create tasks and assign them to team members.
  • Use Chat for Immediate Communication: Discuss task details and updates through the project-specific chat.
  • Manage and Share Files: Utilize the Docs & Files tool to share important documents and files with your team.
