Amazon Lex Pros and Cons

What do you like best about Amazon Lex?

Amazon lex provides an option to optimise the legacy Traditional DTMF IVR model to natural language IVR where it includes real time processing understanding the words.It really enhance customer experience from Traditional IVR to Natural language IVR.

What do you dislike about Amazon Lex?

It did not have Point of presence in India based due to DoT regulations and also It did not provide support to most of indian language example Hindi support is not included in the Natural langague

What problems is Amazon Lex solving and how is that benefiting you?

It will help to overcome the Commerical Speech IVR model where you need to feed each and every phrases and also it also supress and not capture the background noice

Good platform to build chatbots

What do you like best about Amazon Lex?

We can directly integrate aws services and other functions like s3 buckets. And good thing is it's supporting for both text and voice, and we can see advanced NLP capabilities.
