What do you like best about Morph.ai?
First of all, the platform. I am using the WA Business app and came to know about the offered APIs to automate the conversations. I was absolutely thrilled after knowing there exists a platform that will help me create chat flows without getting into the coding part. Other than that the things which I liked most about the platform are brief tutorials of various terminologies and their customer support. Though it was expected as they offer a platform for customer support.
What do you dislike about Morph.ai?
After creating dozens of conversations it gets difficult to track connections between the conversations. The lack of a graphic map to keep track was highly desired.
What problems is Morph.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned earlier I am already using Whatsapp Business Application. After the number of customers grew it became tiring for us to reply to all the customers. As most of the time, the conversations are more or less the same, the automation is handling the cumbersome task quite effortlessly.
