Ytel is one of the, if not THE BEST dialer software! (Must have a decent computer)

What do you like best about Ytel Platform?

The most helpful features are the reporting features, I love how easy it is to gather information, export, and analyze information on tyhe admin side. On the agent side, taking calls was very easy and convienent. The agent side of ytel also has some cool features such as the "callback" disposition which allowsa agents to set up callbacks quickly and convienetly by selcting a date and time, then givs the agent an option to have the dialer aoutmatically call this person back at that time, or the agent can choose the option to place the callback on their call back list so they could manually do it themselves.

What do you dislike about Ytel Platform?

There is not much to dislike about Ytel. the only thing that seems to be an issue is the amount of bandwith the website takes. If you dont have a strong computer with a decent proccessor, at least 8+ gbs of ram, you will run into lots of problems trying to take calls using Ytel. You will lag, constantly get paused, received dead calls, run into audio issues, etc.. Basically, you need to have a really good computer to use Ytel for taking calls or you will run into tech issues.

What problems is Ytel Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ytel has solved the problem with contact rates. Making sure our dialing plans are executed efficiantly, calls are being connected to agents with a low dropped rate and minimal tech issues. If any tech issues do come then Ytel's team are always all over it!

I like how easy it is to make/take calls on this platform. I like hoe easy it is to export and review data. The reporting features on Ytel have no limits and allow you to analyze a call center campaign inside and out from top to bottom!
