Very User Friendly

What do you like best about SOLINK?

The user experience is really good, getting notified when there a DIp in overall sales and if are is any new updates. This helps us keep up with the sales trends and how we can utilize this.

What do you dislike about SOLINK?

There is no major issue with SOLINK, just a minor issue like tool response time is a bit slow

What problems is SOLINK solving and how is that benefiting you?

Get notified if the average service time for any order exceeds X seconds or minutes within an hour. Identify the employees responsible for the delay to promptly detect and address anomalies. This will help minimize potential losses and expedite necessary process changes to improve overall efficiency.

Excellent Tool

I like that it is easy to use, and whenever there is an update, it lets you know. I also like that if I have questions, there is someone who will respond to me quickly.
